History to Silver Jubilee 1995
The Diocese of Port
Elizabeth comprises 65 worshipping communities spread over 51 300 sq
kms in the South African Province of the Eastern Cape.
Gathered into 37
geographical units (parishes), and administered as seven distinct
regions (archdeaconries) -- these communities are served by 64 clergy
families (40 supported by the church, 24 supported through their own
incomes). They are supplemented by a further 24 retired ministers
living in various parts of the diocese.

linked. Parish history, and staff listed are only up until
